I just had the Dubai Salad from Destiny on Sunday and I’m still reeling from how incredible it was. I went in with no idea what to expect, but I ended up finishing the entire thing in one sitting—and I’m already craving another one.
This isn’t your typical Dubai salad; it’s a masterpiece of textures and flavors:
The Crunch: The star of the show is the crispy, toasted knafeh mixed right into rich, velvety pistachio butter. It’s an addictive, nutty crunch that I’ve never experienced before.
The Fruit: Massive, fresh strawberries that add a perfect burst of sweetness.
The Finish: A generous drizzle of chocolate (I had the darker blend and it was divine) pooled all around and over the berries.
The contrast between the warm, nutty crunch of the pistachio-knafeh mix and the cold, juicy strawberries is perfection. Whether you get milk, semi-sweet, or dark chocolate, you cannot go wrong with this.
